YourCampus is looking for a Partner & Engagement Manager who supports our growth journey. You will be working with famous A-brands and make them part of our international benefit marketplace. You will recruit partners that fit our brand identity and work jointly on exciting propositions and campaigns to drive user engagement.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Recruit A-brands for our partner marketplace

• Smoothly onboard partners to the YourCampus platform

• Create engaging campaigns jointly with partners to activate our user base

• Work closely with the tech team to improve the user experience on our platform

• Manage and maintain our partnerships to ensure a strong relationship

• Monitor and track partner performance and act accordingly

• Support in building and expanding the team

• Use your imagination to make our marketplace a better place

It’ll be a great fit for you if you…

• Enjoy working with partners and interacting with them on a daily basis

• Are fluent in Dutch & English, verbal and written

• You have a creative spirit and high empathy

• Are interested in the topics of health, wellbeing & sustainability at work

• Want to be part of a fast growing startup

Extra bonus points if you…

• Speak another language (German is a plus)

• Have experience with customer support platforms like Intercom or have basic HTML skills

• Can add personality to your writing
