Product Manager

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Product Manager who will support us in building a meaningful and best-in-class Personalised Compensation & Benefits platform - within a B2B(2C) SaaS environment.

You will take full ownership over the end-to-end Product Management Lifecycle and you will run strategic product initiatives (Mobile & Web) autonomously. You will report directly to our Head of Product.

A Product Manager at YourCampus is someone who is forward-thinking and passionate about leveraging technology to create meaningful and personalised experiences for employees. We expect you to move the needle by building technology that empowers companies and their employees to thrive in the modern workplace.

You will be responsible for managing and supporting both the Design/UX and Engineering teams throughout the different product development stages. You are capable of prioritising in a pragmatic & strategic manner, allowing you to use team capacity in the most impactful way. We expect you to embrace data on a daily basis, to listen to understand and to create simplicity around complex topics. Hence, you are able to put different hats on during different product management stages.

Concretely, your work includes:

• Taking end-to-end ownership over the product management lifecycle; from ideation, development, launch, GTM and even maintenance.

• Roadmap planning and mapping backed by tangible business cases.

• Conduct research and market analysis (qualitative and quantitative) to deeply understand the pains & gains of all stakeholders involved.

• Give love to our existing products by analyzing data and behavior - defining iterations that enhance the existing product offering.

• Be an active contributor to the YourCampus Product Strategy going forward.

• Continuously interact with all stakeholders involved. You become the go to person for internal stakeholders. You will become their sparring partner for any idea or challenge that they are facing.
