We are in search of a dedicated Product Manager to lead the development of our admin experience with the ultimate goal to simplify the complexities around taxes, payroll mutations, and HRIS/Payroll integrations within our benefits and compensation platform. This role plays a pivotal role in creating admin delight while ensuring compliant and easy-to-process products that empower organizations to efficiently manage their payroll and benefits mutations. You will report directly to our Head of Product.

You will be responsible for managing and supporting both the design and engineering teams throughout the different product development stages. You have the ability to prioritize in a pragmatic & strategic manner, allowing you to use team capacity in the most impactful way. We expect you to be a thought leader when it comes to Payroll, Taxes and the processing of different types of transactions.

 Concretely, your work includes:

  • Taking end-to-end ownership over the product management lifecycle; from ideation, development, launch, GTM and even maintenance. 

  • Roadmap planning and mapping backed by tangible business cases.

  • Conduct research and market analysis (qualitative and quantitative) to deeply understand the pains & gains of all stakeholders involved.

  • Give love to our existing products by analyzing data and behavior - defining iterations that enhance the existing product offering.

  • Be an active contributor to the YourCampus Product Strategy going forward.

  • Become a trustworthy partner for internal teams and customers supporting them on Payroll & Tax related matters.

  • Expand on our integration ecosystem with HRIS/Payroll systems.
