YourCampus allows companies to offer their teams flexible employee benefits via our mobile app and we’re now looking for our first Talent & People Specialist. In this role, you will inspire and attract new talent while helping to engage our people and keeping the day to day operations running.

You will be the torchbearer of our People, Talent, and Culture. #represent

Recruitment Cycle (40%)

  • Gather market intelligence, conduct networking, research competitors, and develop marketing options

  • Manage recruitment inbound channels

  • Lead intake meetings to discuss position details, timelines and effective interview process

  • Write and post job advertisements

  • Source on recruitment tools online such as Honeypot, LinkedIn, Stackoverflow, Angellist etc.

  • Manage applicants using Recruitee

  • Consult with Leadership on offers and negotiating

People activities (35%)

  • Be the go-to person on any people related matters

  • 1:1 training with team leads

  • Paperwork - employment agreements, renewals, etc.

  • Onboarding - in charge of creating and running a great first experience for new team members

  • Payroll - Ensuring we get paid each month

Employer & Employee Branding (15%)

  • Driving cultural activities - organising outings, planning celebrations etc.

  • Keep all content/information on culture updated

  • Organise and attend recruitment events to promote YourCampus as an employer

  • Ensure current employees promote YourCampus as an employer

  • Drive campus recruitment and other events like developer meet-ups etc

Strategic Recruitment (10%)

  • Support Leadership with identifying hiring needs with a yearly recruitment plan

  • Developing a comprehensive sourcing strategy

  • Reporting on budget, cost, inflow, KPI’s, planning for next coming Q/year

Job requirements

It’ll be a great fit for you if you…

  • have minimum 3 years experience in recruitment (ideally e-commerce/tech recruitment)

  • can speak fluent English

  • show extensive knowledge on all tools for in and outbound recruitment channels

  • can demonstrate solid experience within the online marketing world and tech recruitment

  • have experience (and passion!) in culture building

  • are interested in the topics of health & wellbeing at work

  • want to be part of a fast growing startup
